I changed the rear hub bearing in my 2000 Toyota Tundra sr5 v8 when I put the axle back in. The wheel locks up while the other one spins do I need to change drive shaft are there other bearings in the differential. Or change the whole rear do you replace the drive axle? What did I do wrong?

Torque of axle mounting is 50 ft lbs. Measure backlash of axle shold be no larger than.028" pull brake drum off and see if axle will turn while in neutral not park. See if anything is binding it and not the brake. See pics.
