2000 Toyota Tundra Drivetrain vibration

I have a 2000 Tundra SR5, 4x4, v8, long bed that has a vibration. The support bearing was bad on the drive shaft so I had that and all the u-joints replaced and the shaft rebalanced. Still has the vibration. I've also replaced the rear shocks.
I don't feel this vibration in the steering wheel, but I did have the tires rebalanced, with no effect.
The vibration is more apparent when the truck reaches 40 MPH, then subsides somewhat then shows up again around 60 MPH.
The shop that did the work on the drive shaft said they have no idea what the problem is.
I'm concerned that the vibration will damage the drivetrain.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

There is a big difference in the speed of a vibration between the driveshaft or the wheels. Driveshaft vibration will be much faster and easily recognizable by an experienced tech. The fact that it only comes in at a certain speed tends to point to a wheel issue.

A wheel issue in what way?
FYI, the tires have good tread and are wearing as they should.
This truck had the frame replaced in a recall if that makes any difference.

No, it doesn't. It still has to be isolated by someone experienced.

There is a very good front end shop near my work that I use, so I'll take it by there. I was just trying to get a handle on if it was something that they specialize in.
Thanks

I thought I would post the fix for this problem, which was a new front wheel. The original wheel was bent.
Thanks for the help.
