I changed the water pump, timing belt, and serpentine belt. When I started my truck after replacing these parts, the engine squeals and if I rev the motor, it dies. Need suggestions please! Has anyone else had these problems????

I did not change the timing belt tensioner. It ran fine before the water pump went out.
