Squealing noise that sounds like a seezed motor somewhere. Goes away when I shut off the heat/ac blower. Also getting an burnt electrical smell. Blower came on today with no issue tho. Any ideas.

If the noise is withing dash, it could be from the fan motor. The bushing for the armature inside the motor is bad and would intermittently emit squealing noises. Have the motor checked.

The noise sounds more like a siren. Its extreamly loud. But goes of as soon as I shut the blower off.

I believe the blower fan motor is failing or you have something caught inside the blower housing. Remove the blower motor to test/check.
