2000 Toyota Solara Electarical issues

I have a 2000 toyota Solara with 135,000 miles. The car runs fine but the electrical is all screwed up. I have no A/C, power windows, speedometer, break lights. I've had it checked out and all the fuses are fine. Any ideas or suggestions?

Check the fusible links and large fuses I've pointed out in pic.
