Code p1667 cylinder ID circuit failure

Hi! my car listed above is a Mark II, saloon engine, started, now engine check light turn on. I have changed the engine oil and oil filter, electric fuel Injector pump, filter, Injector six pieces (new) replacement . But engine check lights turn on. I can turn on X431 diagnose. Error code means P1667 Cylinder ID circuit failure. How can I do?please help me.

OCV For VVT-L Circuit Malfunction. When this code comes up it usually means there is a problem with the computer not being able to identify each cylinder.

Here is the location of the computer.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
