I had all plugs and coilsrecently replaced in 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser (by local mechanic using Denso OEM parts). Now I'm getting intermittent trouble codes P1340, P1325. They reset and reappear. Took to dealership for diagnostic check and they can't pinpoint anything. It drives good with no hesitation or misfire. I'm at a loss....

Scout2 - What was the final resolution of the random P1325 & P1340? I'm having identical problems after changing coils & plugs.

According to my reference P1325 is a problem with the ignitor #6 circuit and P1340 is a problem with ignitor #8 circuit.

Check for loose screws/nut/bolts on the coils and loose connections on the coils. Make sure the plugs are properly torqued and the wires are fully seated. Do a "wiggle test". Run the engine, have someone watch the Check Engine Light and wiggle the connectors on the coils. A loose connection will manifest itself during the wiggle test.
