HELP! I have a 2000 echo that is bogging out and has excessive exhaust coming out the oil fill in the valve cover. I have had the valves redone in the head, I put a new oil control valve and filter in the head, head gasket, intake and throttle body gasket. Good fuel press, good compression, new spark plugs, fresh oil and filter, fresh valve job, new oil control valve and filter.

I would think that too if it didn't have good compression, but the compression is spot on.

Check for any codes, not all codes will set a check light, re check valve timing as you say it has had valves done.
