Air conditioning not blowing cold air. Could it be a fuse? If so, where do I replace it? Under hood or under dashboard? Fan is working, heat is working, just no cold air. Could it be that all it needs is Freon?

Start with getting the refrigerant check, it may be low due to a small leak, when the refrigerant gets to low it shuts the system down as a safty factor against internal damage.
