How do I bleed the clutch on my 2000 Toyota Echo 1.5L 5-speed manual?

Is there an air release on the transmission or on the clutch cylinder? I know to hold down the clutch but don't know where to loosen the fitting to release the air.

The bleeder valve is on the clutch slave/servo-
