where is the circuit opening relay? I have power through the EFI main relay & now want to check the circuit opening relay. My fuel pump is not getting any voltage from the plug connection at the fuel tank.

The circuit opening relay is controlled by the Engine Control Unit (ECU) and if the wire is broken or the ECU is bad, the relay would not be energised to activate the Fuel pump relay.
