How do i change the engine air filter on a 2000 toyota celica? What appears to be the air filter box has a message on it saying do not remove. I would be pleased if you could give me some advice. Thanking you

Is it a sticker that someone has put on it? Are you the original owner or could someone have replaced the filter with a K&N filter? Many times when they are replaced, they come with a sticker that says do not remove because the filters are to be cleaned and reoiled rather than thrown out. Let me know and if possible, upload a pic of what you are looking at.

Hi, thanks for responding to my question about changing the air filter on a 2000 toyota celica. In responce to your question, it is not an aftermarket filter it is just a standard toyota one.
