My Toyota Celica wont completely stop; I changed the pads, rotors, drums, and wheel cylinders, but stil wont stop fast. I bled them also; what is wrong?

Not sure what you mean. How is the brake pedal? Does it feel as firm and high as normal or does it go too far to the floor? Can you tell if the power assist is working? Do you just have to push real hard on the pedal but the car keeps going? Can you make the wheels lock up and skid?
