Hear water swishing inside of car by the A/C unit when I turn the car or stop. What is causing that?

Also brake light comes on occasionally.

The AC condensate drain tube is plugged. Look under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall. There will be a 4" rubber tube with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end to open it up and dislodge the debris. If nothing comes out, squeeze the wire ring to remove the tube, then carefully stick a pencil in the plastic spout to clear the opening.
