2000 Camry fuel system problem

Have 2000 camry V6 having problem with fuel system, when ignition is turned on fuel pump does not energize, checked relays think they are ok, not sure if its fuel pump or pressure reg. Or ecm? Thanks any help would be great
also the car previously had water pump and timing belt replaced, car has not run since water pump and belt replacement thanks

Well we have to start somewhere.
There is a blue/black wire going to the fuel pump.
It should have power for a few seconds when the key is turned to the on position. Probe the blue wire with a test light and have a helper turn the key to ON.

It sounds like the problem stems from water pump and timing belt replacement. I would pull the covers from the belt and re-check your timing marks. You have the same symptoms as a timing belt that has slipped a couple of cogs.
