So using the key to open the door it turns sometimes and doesn't others?

Using the key in either door will turn but nothing happens, then it works again, being so intermitting makes it difficult to isolate I would like to know what relays if any are involved.

So when you turn the key the door doesn't unlock?It should at least unlock with the door lock moving the lock rod?
