My 2000 Avalon has vibration at the right front end at approximately 35 mph. What is this?

You should get it checked out. I would check the tie rods inner and outer check the hub assemly and the front drive axle on that side. If all that is good then move that tire to the back (on the same side) and see if the vibration move to the rear.
