rough idle sputtering on acceleration

My car has suddenly developed a rough idle, sputtering acceleration and worsening gas mileage. I tried premium gas. Any suggestions? sputtering idle. poor acceleration. worsening gas mileage

I would start with having the computer scanned for codes, this will direct you to the cylinder causing the issue. If it hasn't been tuned up yet, you may want to start there since you are at 100k miles.
