Low engine power

. Changed spark plugs, ignition coils, spark plug wires, fuel filter, checked engine compression(results were: good(ok)compression), but still have low power. Could it be that I have a bad fuel pump or catalytic converter.

. Engine has 182779 miles, check engine light was on.

If your light was on check for codes s that is probably the reason you have low power. One of your sensors are bad more than likely or a poor connection. Also check your fuel pressure

All codes were checked for related problems(ignition coil misfire #2 and #5), were fixed, possibly fuel pressure's low

Is the MIL still indicating?

. MIL's not indicating; not as of yet, but also the gas(accelerator)pedal feels very loose(maybe not a good description); no passing power, gas pedal practically to the floor to pick up speed, and then revs high(about 3000rpms)to pick up some speed; doesn't maintain speed, especially on inclines or hills.

Get a helper to help you check if the throttle is opened fully when accelerator is fully depressed. You could have too much slack in the throttle cable.
