How do I replace the "D" gear dashboard lamp on a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner?

It's pretty easy. All you have to do is remove the trim panel below the steering wheel which is held on by four 10mm bolts. Remove the key surround piece by pulling on it. Then unscrew the trim piece above the steering wheel. After that all you have to do is unscrew a few screws and the gauge cluster will be out. You will also have to unplug three wires.
