How do I correct my 2000 Toyota Camry CE P0420 code?

Probably a faulty O2 sensor, check that the plug is light and pins are not corroded first.

Flashing the computer is needed. There is a computer update program to resolve the "false code P0420". There is a TSB for this.

Toyota dealer is the only place you can get the flash installed.
