2000 Suzuki Esteem Won T Heater Work Motor Fan Works Getting Power Motor

Why won't my heater work? The motor fan works but its not getting power to the motor. We have checked all fuses and they are good.

If you don't have battery voltage at the Blue/White wire with ignition switch turned on, check the blower motor relay.
