2000 Subaru Outback Stop During Turn Act Push Back Changed Wheel Bearings

When I stop during a turn it use to act up and push back.. changed wheel bearings in front and hub.. changed the brakes ..changed the knuckle in the driver side cause it was bad.. now when in driving its fine 98% of the time then ill maybe hit a tree branch of some wet leaves and the thing will almost act like it wants to push back ( braking) but doesn't totally..Ny advice?

Sorry having problem understanding what is meant by push back. Do you mean the steering pulls to one side?
