2000 Subaru Outback Grabbing Making Banging Noise Forward Reverse Changed Right

My 2000 Subaru outback is grabbing and making a banging noise when it goes forward or in reverse. We changed the right side axel and boot. It is still doing it. Should we change the left side. Is there anything in the universal that would make symptoms like that. The are can't be driven its that bad.

check for brokenmotor mounts or trans mounts first.
