Have to change lower ball joint cant get pinch bolt out as there s no hexagon head on one side would it come out with punch or can i drill it out

with drilling it out as ive been told you can punch it out

If you cut the head of the bolt off or cut the nut off then you can use a punch to get the bolt out.
