2000 Saturn Relay Climate Control Heat Doesn T Work Ve Checked Thermostat

Climate control (heat) doesn't work. We've checked the thermostat, rad level, both hoses going into firewall. When my wife would bang on climate control panel it would work slightly. I'm thinking control panel but haven't had a chance to pull it apart yet.

could be hung up from something in the ducts.
make sure the blend door is operating correctly
