2000 LS2 Serpentine belt change

6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

have a 2000 saturn ls2 v6 3.0. i need to change the serpentine belt. do I have to remove the motor mount on the front to get the belt on?

Just to add to this one i always put a floor jack under the oil pan with a block of wood to support the engine and i remove the upper mount and air box and jack the engine up and that gives you plenty of room to change the belt.

Your welcome also there is a bracket that bolts to the engine that mount bolts to removing that gives you plrnty of room to get in there.
