regarding dashboard

my dashboard lights stay on even when my headlight switch is completely off

firstly ,is your headlamps programmed to turn off ,cause this is done at the dealer ,not just pulling a fuse ,so check that ,if it was done both front & rear lights plus dash lights will be off with headlamp switch been in number 1 position ,note if the day time running light fuse is still in with programming only your park lamps will be on .
