Hello, my saab 9-5 gave me this code P1251, I would like to know what this means and how I could fix it, thank you

There is a problem with the throttle motor. Check wiring to make sure the harness isn't damaged, corroded, or not making a good connection. Also, check to make sure the mechanics (linkage) of the system are working properly.
