fuel pump isnt turning on?

would it be a frayed wire or electronic reason fuel pump isnt turning on? what if its not the pump?im not in position to soak 400 bucks more into it if still wont start! was doing crazy stuff with gauges is their anything like that would disable fuel pump ?over ride due to ignition not working properly or any switches to disable gas flow?

Check fuses and relay for fuel pump. Check wiring to pump. Check electrical and charging system.

did you check the engine crank position sensor ,note that if this sensor is bad it will cut fuel pump out ,so check on that .
