only starts with starter fluid

i have a 2000 pontiac sunfire it will only start with starting fluid i have changed fuel fillter and fuel pump relay did a pressure check have 51 psi the anti theft light comes on when trying to start and i have no signal to the injectors what could it be.

Your fuel pressure should be 52-58 psi
