2000 PONTIAC SUNFIRE

i have a 2000 pontiaic sunfire that i can get the low lights working but do have day time running lights but the light in the dash for the DRL will flash once in a while,i have checked fuses and bulbs and all are good any one can help?

Check voltage and ground at the headlamps. The top wire going into headlamp assembly, is voltage, hot all the time. The bottom wires are ground. On/off, high and low beam are controled on the ground circuit. Your headlamp/dimmer switch is on the ground circuit.
