gauge in dash not working right in cold weather tach and speedo not right and now fuel gauge reading different from time to time in the pass i pulled the dash fuse and all returned to normal
and worked good all summer and now cold acting up again

There could be a fault in the insturment panel at the circuit board level affecting all gauges. There is no way to test this so you will just have to try replacing the isntrument panel.
