Do I have to block engine and pull out motor mount to replace tensioner pulley (Pulley Only)

My pulley has huge chunks missing and is tearing up my new belt (I have Just paid a mechanic to replace air compressor and belt).

If you have sufficient space, there is no necessity to remove the engine mount.

After removal of the serpentine belt, you should be able to remove the tensioner.
