You have the quad four engine all i would do is chang the spark plugs then.

why dosen't this car have wires to go to the spark plugs?

There is coil packs that have a spark plug boot i call it that connects the coil to the plug.I would just replace the plugs you can replace the wires/boots if you want.If it was my car i wouldnt change them unless they were giving me trouble.
