My drivers side rear wheel has locked up. I got ABS light that came on also message says service tracking. It will reverse but not pull forward. If it is the ABS system can it be disabled to get it somewhere to be checked out?

Maybe parking brake stuck on.

I checked that and the parking brake seems to be working fine
