The windshield washer fluid has stopped working. It is winter and we thought it was frozen so we brought car inside and heated the fluid lines and nozzles. Still doesn't work and I realized I couldn't hear the normal hum when I pushed the wash button. We talked to our car pkace and they suggested replacing the WSW fuse before repkacing the pump. The problem is a fuse labeled WSW does not exist in either fuse box in my car. There is one labeled Wiper, but my wipers work so if the fluid pump is included in on the Wiper fuse then it should still work. I've looked online and everything is saying the WSW fuse is under the hood, so is there another name for it?

You need to test for power and ground at the washer pump. Do you have a test light and know how to use it?The issue could be the windshield washer pump, the wiper arm cover, the fuse, the multi- function switch, ect. Start by finding out if you are getting power to the pump. Let me know what you find out. On your car the wipers and washers are on the same fuse which is labeled wipers and is in the interior fuse box.
