2000 Pontiac Grand Prix power steering pump and pulley

I just replaced a power steering pump on my car about 2 weeks ago the pulley had forced its way out of the power steering pump and the belt snapped I got a new pump and put the old pulley on the new pump now the same problem the pulley came out the new pump and the belt snapped again the pulley pushed out so far it pushed into my coolant reserve tank which is plastic and put a hole in it can you help me with this problem?

get a new pulley and reservoir the pulley is probably cracked and heats up and opens up
