LEAKING COOLANT

Can leak cold or hot most likely to leak hot due to pressure in system

I drove the car to work this morning...about a mile maybe a mile in a half. Went out at lunch and no leak.

Water pumps will leak sometimes only when running

I noticed antifreeze under my drivers side tire. now i am stressing. I drove it to work this morning and nothing. it has not been overheating.....there is still antifreeze in it. the first time i noticed any spots. would it be leaking on the drivers side right in front of the tire?

Engine 3.1L? if yes common for intake manifold to leak and would show up at drivers wheel. Look below where top radiator hose attaches to engine see if wet. can you smell antifreeze after car warm?

Not that i notice.....how hard is that to fix? My husband can possibly do it if it is not that hard. unfortunately we can not afford to fix right now.

Say on scale 1-10 1 easy job is about a 6. have coolant system checked for leaks needs pressure test. Then you will have an est. and know what is leaking

can i still drive it as long as I check the collant level all the time?

Yes you can add a stop leak also

I heard stop leak can mess up stuff? AS long as I keep it filled with antifreeze and don't let it over heat I should be fine right?
