2000 Pontiac Grand Prix engine sound

Hello I put oil in my car last night because it was making a very weird noise. And this morning when I turned it, it was making a very loud squeaking and chugging noise, could you please help me asap?

Did rngine need oil? Weird noise same as clunking etc?

I put oil in the engine to see if that was the problem but the noise has gotten, its like chugging, and squeaky. I have never heard that sound before
