Car wont start

I have a 2000 pontiac firebird that will not start when the security light come's on I tryed to reset the system with no luck how can I fix this

Try another key if you have one the diode may be bad on your key or ignition lock. There is a certain procedure for resetting security. I don't have it on my computer here so ican't send it.
