my car is having random misfires. We replaced the spark plugs as well as the spark plug wires and coil pack. Now the car is running even worse. We also noticed that out of 6 of the spark plugs only 4 of them are sparking. What could be the problem?

I didn't see engine litre size? I'd want to check circuits at the ignition module. If bypass ignition, the ignition module controls spark timing during cranking. I'll have to double check.
