"Vehicle not responding" with scan tool. What can I check to see why?

You can check for a blown fuse but usually it's a compatibility issue with the scanner. If you're using the Snapon MT2500, be sure you're using the right "personality" key. Seems to me that was K-9 for Chryslers.
