HELLO, I HAVE A 2000 PLYMOUTH VAYAGER W/175,000. I JUST REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER AND IT RAN PERFECTLY FINE. THE NEXT DAY I WENT OUT AND IT WOULD NOT TURN OVER. THE BATTERY IS FINE (TRIED JUMP JUST IN CASE). WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY IT DOES NOTHING. I CAN HEAR AVERY QUIET CLICKING LIKE SOUND COMING FROM UNDER THE PASS. SIDE GLOVE BOX AREA. A ROCK OR SOMETHING MUST HAVE JUMPED UP AND HIT THE PLASTIC FUEL LINE AND PUT A CRACK IN IT. MAYBE IT ALSO BROKE A WIRE TO THE STARTER A? WHAT DO YOU THINK?

You will have to test for power arriving on the small wire to the starter when the key is in "start" position. If you have power, the starter is bad assuming all your cable connections are good.

In this case I recommend you have it towed to a shop. You are over your head here.
