I start driving my front end wobbles?

As soon as I start driving my front end wobbles really bad right along with the steering wheel too and there is a clunking noise with every wobble...

check your front end suspension and bake immediately it may have something broken

To me with this many miles is sounds like the CV axles are shot. If it does it more under acceleration I would do the CV axles, and of course check the other components as well. Please go over this guide and I have included how to change the CV axles out as well.
