2000 Plymouth Voyager cluster stopped working

Odometer,Temp,tack,speedo,fuel all stopped working along with rear wiper blade and defrost. If I remove the 20amp fuse for the rear wiper the odometer and tack work but nothing else?

check your ground for the cluster as well as battery to body ground and ground for rear wiper.
