Lost all fluid in master cyl and pedal almost to floor still had some brakes. Checked all wheels for signs of leaking none found, assumed broken brake line. Refilled reservoir to see where leak was, pumped brake, no sign of leak. When I tried to bleed brakes, only could get fluid to flow out of right front wheel all others nothing. Is this an ABS problem? I know there is a proportional valve, but only for rear brakes, correct?

There is a leak somewhere. You just haven't found it. Be sure to check the back of the master cylinder also. If it has drum brakes in the back you have to actually remove the drums to check for leaks in the wheel cylinders.

Yes, but do you know why I only get fluid out of one wheel?

Probably because you have the truck in the air and the wheel hanging. It has a height sensing proportioning valve that limits flow to the rear wheels when the body is elevated off the wheels.
