I started noticing white smoke from the tail pipe and all of a sudden my car started a acting like it was running out ofgas
even thought it clearly wasn't, but it eventually died. We looked in a valve and under a piston we found a broken spark plug. A what could have caused this and what's the fix

What broke on the plug? As far as the white smoke, that usually indicates coolant getting into the combustion chamber due to a head gasket.

Let me know and if you can, up load a pic of the plug.

I haven't really messed with it since, I have no idea what I'm doing but the white piece on the plug is what's broke? I suppose the piston moving broke it, but no idea how the plug got into the engine like that

That looks just like the insulator that broke. Have you removed the rest of the plug?
