Changed power steering pump and presure hose still makes sounds like its empty.

air bound. the system needs to bleed air. turn the wheel to the lock position and hold for 10 seconds. do this to each side several times. this should be enough for initial bleed. the instruction should tell you that it could take up to 100 miles for the rest to bleed off.
