belt tentioner

2000 plymouth neon,belt tentioner has a bad baring. how can I remove the rart to replace the baring,there is no room to see and no room to work....help!!!

just remove the tensioner and replace the whole thing.

I cant get it off, I only see what looks like a threaded thick fender washer in the center of tentioner but theres no room to see ,its to close to the body

some of the front drive cars need you to remove the tire to gain access
